It has a strategic location, the area is approximately 6 km from the Tocumen International Airport; 33 Kms from Puerto Pacifico (Puerto de Balboa) and the Railroad; 72.5 Kms from Puerto del Atlántico (Puerto Cristóbal) in Colón.
Consisting of 21 macro lots, 18 for industrial use with an area of approx. of 41 hectares and 3 for commercial development with an area of approx. 4.5 hectares, strategically located at the entrance of the Complex, which will generate various supply activities and sources of employment.
We offer within the development in lots, galleys from 360 m2 to 1,440 m2, sublots ranging from 2,500 m2 to 5,000 m2 and macro lots from 1.2 Hectares to 4 Hectares. The estimated construction is approximately 300,000 m2.
