1981-1990:

Development, promotion and sales of  SAN CRISTOBAL neighborhood, located in Guatemala on an imposing globe of land, in which houses for the middle class and sale of commercial land were built.
Development, promotion and sales of VILLA DE LAS FUENTES neighborhood, located in Bethania, development of 60 hectares of land, in which houses for the middle class were built; sale of commercial and residential areas of medium density for apartment buildings.

1991-2000:

Development, promotion and sales of PACIFIC GARDEN Condominium, located in San Francisco, which consisted of 2 towers with 48 apartments for the middle class.
Development, promotion and sales of LAS CASCADAS Condominium, located in Villa de las Fuentes # 1, which consisted of 2 towers with 52 apartments for the middle class.
Development, promotion and sales SUMMER HILLS condominium, located in Villa de las Fuentes # 1, which consisted of 1 tower with 54 apartments for the middle class.
Promotion and sale of SUN TOWER MALL, located on Ave. Ricardo J. Alfaro, which consisted of a mixed development that included shopping center, offices and 4 apartment buildings for the middle class.

2001-2010:

Promotion and sale in real estate specialized in land sales for real estate developments and investments; like where the projects COSMOPOLITAN, BELLA VISTA PARK, LEXINGTON TOWER, UNICORN PARK INN BY RADISSON, SORTIS HOTEL CASINO & BUSINESS CENTER and many more were built.

2011-PRESENT:

Promotion and sale of mixed real estate projects throughout the country, of the most renowned promoters and investors in Panama; such as Bern Companies, Shahani Group, Corcione Group, Procasa, Beno Betesh, Buenaventura, F & F Properties, London & Regional Panama, etc.
